For your safety CDC guidelines are followed regarding healthcare precautions. Anyone currently awaiting test results for Covid-19 including all current and future variants,  experiencing any symptoms within the last 10 days, have tested positive or have been in close contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19* are expected to reschedule the appointment until confirmed negative testing. 

Non-client visitors are prohibited from waiting for clients within the office waiting room  or within the hallway. Please remain in the parking lot while the client session is in progress. No children are permitted in the office or the Reiki studio while a parent/guardian/client is in session. Please make accommodations for children off premises.
 

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking with the remainder due at the appointment.  All balances must be paid in full prior to services or class attendance.

If  the need to reschedule occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, the non-refundable deposit is transferable toward the rescheduled date.

Cancellations require 24 hour prior notice via phone/voicemail/email in order for non-refundable deposit to be transferable toward a new appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice with phone/voicemail/email the non-refundable deposit is not transferable to a new appointment.

Non-refundable deposits for no-show or failure to contact via phone/voicemail/email regarding an appointment will not be transferable to a new appointment. A new non-refundable deposit will be required when booking a new appointment. All appointments are subject to practitioner discretion. 

All payments are accepted through Square or PayPal.  Invoices for services and classes will be sent via email through either of the above platforms. Payments of the non-refundable deposit and/or the remainder of the invoice balance is due upon receipt.  All balances must be paid in full prior to services or class attendance.

For clients with FSA/HSA accounts, a superbill can be requested so it can be  submitted by the client for possible reimbursement from their FSA/HSA .  No guarantees are made that any FSA/HSA will approve the superbill for reimbursement.
