In-Person or Distance Reiki Sessions
Reiki sessions are 60 minute sessions given either in-person in the Reiki studio or at a preset time via distance Reiki.
Reiki Attunements for Reiki Practitioners
Reiki attunements are meant to assist those trained in Reiki to aid in activating the life energy within so that they may access the life energy anytime they need or choose to do so. Attunements can also be utilized as a part of a Reiki session if the practitioner deems it necessary.
Distance Reiki for Animals
Animals can benefit from Reiki sessions in the same way humans do. Reiki can be especially helpful for aging, ill or rescue animals. Details of any issues your animals are presenting can be discussed in the initial client call prior to the appointment.
Aura Clearing
Aura clearing can aid in the removal of negative energy that can be in a person's aura as well as within their chakras . Aura clearing can be done as a part of a Reiki session or independently.
Guided Meditation & Grounding
Guided meditation is useful in relaxation and maintaining focus. It is used a the start of a Reiki session and is recommended as a daily routine to help maintain a balanced mindset.
Grounding simulates walking barefoot or sitting directly on the earth and can have positive affects on human physiology. Grounding can be added to a Reiki session for and additional $2.

Higher self-awakening and empowerment sessions are 60 minute sessions given either in-person in the Reiki studio or at a preset time via FaceTime or Zoom. In each session deeper discovery is made into what is required for the awakening of one's higher self and the empowerment of life transformation.
The awakening and empowerment of higher self is transformational in the way one thinks, perceives and lives within the world. It requires work and dedication to achieve. The awakening process is a journey that helps to fulfill one's goals and lifelong dreams. Each person's journey varies in length and is often lifelong. For many, it can take many months or years to finally awaken to higher self and many more years to fully implement higher thinking into daily life. Once awakened and empowered, the journey to life balance is easier to obtain, life is more enriched and gratifying.
The Empowerment Coaching sessions help individuals by offering insights, tools and one-on-one coaching/mentoring to help initiate the awakening/empowerment process and also to help navigate the transition process so implementing the newly awakened insights into one's daily living is more fulfilling.
